Before - Pt was concerned with fractured front tooth, yellow color and poor esthetic quality of existing crowns. Periodontal evaluation revealed several teeth with gum disease.
After- It was detemined the best long term solution was to extract periodontally involved teeth and replace them with a fixed bridge. The proper porportions, color, esthetics, and function was achieved with the permenant bridge.
